7 WINNERS AT 46TH ANNUAL DOWNTOWN DENVER AWARDS
The Downtown Denver Partnership honored seven award winners on April 26th at the Adam's Mark Hotel during the 46th Annual Downtown Denver Awards, sponsored by Shughart Thomson & Kilroy, P.C. As a celebration of achievements in the Downtown Denver community, seven winners were selected by a jury from an impressive list of diverse nominees. Over 1,000 individuals attended the 2007 Awards Dinner.

Denver Art Museum for the Frederic C. Hamilton Building: For helping focus the cultural spotlight on Denver through a visionary and bold expansion of the Denver Art Museum, providing a dramatic setting where visitors can experience a dynamic environment that celebrates both art and architecture.
DenverInfill.com: For its urban enthusiasm illustrated through consistency in meaningful dialogue, and dedication to vibrant, thoughtful and sustainable development in Downtown Denver.
National Western Stock Show: For the 100 years of programming and events honoring Denver’s western heritage, consistently attracting visitors to Downtown and engaging the business community in this annual tradition.
Opus Northwest LLC, for the Environmental Protection Agency Region 8 Headquarters: For incorporating the preservation of the environment into the design and construction process, setting the standard for future sustainable office development in Downtown Denver, while designing a building that is sensitive to its place in the historic Lower Downtown district.
