With the adoption of the Downtown Area Plan in 2007, the Pedestrian Priority (PPZ) Zone Work Group was formed to help define the PPZ concept and to formulate a plan for implementing the PPZ in the Downtown area. With the Work Group’s successful completion of that goal, the focus now shifts to implementing the PPZ Plan’s recommendations.
