Asking rents for CBD Class A office rates are now over $33.00 with Class B asking rents over $25.00 (Grubb & Ellis, 4Q 2007). DIA is home to 30 commercial airlines providing nonstop service to over 130 domestic and international destinations including cities in Canada, Europe, and Mexico.
DIA had its busiest year ever in 2006, with 47.3 million travelers passing through the airport (Denver International Airport, 2007). These t ravelers voted DIA the best airport in North American for the second years in a row (Business Traveler Magazine, 2007).
