(DDE) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that organizes, conducts, promotes and sponsors public parades, festivals, concerts, exhibits and other events within the Downtown Denver area that celebrate, encourage, foster and promote cultural diversity, community pride and understanding of and appreciation for the visual, performing and culinary arts.
