A 38,894 SF Colorado Athletic Club is under construction on the third floor that will open in January 2010. Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery opened their first Colorado location in a 8,300 SF space on the ground level along the 16th Street Mall in November of 2009. Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers will open a 6,400 SF location in June of 2010 at the corner of 16th & Lawrence.
