WHAT IS BROOMBALL? Broomball is a non-contact sport, similar to ice hockey played in sneakers. The object is to score more goals than the opposition.
THE CHALLENGE
Are you ready for a challenge? This is not a tournament, nor a league; it is a one-time game… A CHALLENGE. Gather a team, challenge a rival, pick a date and time to play. If you can’t find a team to challenge, we will! Teams of 6-12 adults 18 and over, with 6 on the ice at a time. Teams must be COED (two women must be on the ice at all times). Each game consists of two 20-minute periods with a 5-minute halftime.
WHEN
Games are Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30pm, 8:30pm & 9:30pm January 8- February 7. Pick one date, one time. There are a limited number of game slots; registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
WHERE
Skyline Park is located at the 16th Street Mall and Arapahoe, behind the Clock Tower.
Please Note: Teams must arrive at the Southwest Rink at Skyline Park 30-minutes before game time to receive equipment and complete paperwork.
COST
