The Ashley Union Station
The Ashley Union Station is helping to make Denver a more prosperous city not only by bringing affordable housing options to Downtown Denver, but also for supporting area workforce employment by providing opportunities for more people to live where they work.

Confluence Park- Shoemaker Plaza Reconstruction
By improving bicycle and pedestrian circulation, adding amenities and creating spaces for all Denver residents and visitors to recreate, gather and enjoy themselves, this Plaza—located alongside the banks of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek—is an example of how parks and public spaces can help to define a city.

Le Méridien and AC Hotel by Marriott Denver Downtown
The thoughtful design of the building engages the streetscape with a highly visible and permeable exterior that draws in hotel guests and Denver residents alike. This addition to the central business district brings a rich texture to 15th and California, creating an internal feel that is both an economic driver and public amenity.

Aerospace and Engineering Sciences initiative at Metropolitan State University of Denver
With an emphasis on bringing the public and private sectors together, the Aerospace and Engineering Sciences initiative at MSU embodies the innovative spirit and bright future of Downtown Denver. The state-of-the-art facility strengthens the Downtown community by offering educational and professional development opportunities to residents, students and visitors.

Rocky Mountain Seed Buildings
The Rocky Mountain Seed Buildings complete the corner of 15th and Market, connecting two historically significant buildings with contemporary design that magnifies the beauty of all the adjacent buildings. Built on an underutilized corner in LoDo, the architectural design of the building was crafted with intense commitment to elevating the neighborhood as a whole.

Union Station Block A
Built in the dynamic new urban center, Union Station Block A energizes the commercial core by enhancing the pedestrian experience and bolstering the economy. Capturing the essence of Denver, Block A provides a rich experience to residents and visitors alike by enlivening public right of ways that welcome you to the center city.
