The 16th Street Mall features an ever-changing mix of eclectic street food, retail vendors, sampling, special events and Sidewalk Cafés. The vending and Sidewalk Café programs, managed by the Downtown Denver BID, supports an assortment of local and national businesses. This application applies to a temporary program that is currently in place due to COVID-19. All fees are currently temporarily waived.

Banners, Posters and Flyers
The BID offers the use of the 16th Street Mall Planter Masts, 16th Street Light Poles, Wayfinder Poster Cases and California Street for banners, posters and flyers promoting events and activities Downtown. Banners are also available on 14th Street through the General Improvement District (GID).
Organizations wishing to display banners, posters and flyers along these corridors must submit an application for use of the space. A specific set of rules and regulations, which are determined by the BID and the City and County of Denver in accordance with Section 49-437 of the Revised Municipal Code.
