The Downtown Denver BID supports communication and marketing programs and initiatives that keep property owners, partners, retailers, restaurants and hotels informed about all things happening Downtown and in the 120-block District.
Banners, Posters and Flyers
The BID offers the use of the 16th Street Mall Planter Masts, 16th Street Light Poles, Wayfinder Poster Cases and California Street for banners, posters and flyers promoting events and activities Downtown. Banners are also available on 14th Street through the General Improvement District (GID).
Organizations wishing to display banners, posters and flyers along these corridors must submit an application for use of the space. A specific set of rules and regulations, which are determined by the BID and the City and County of Denver in accordance with Section 49-437 of the Revised Municipal Code.
How to Book: Contact Pam Sellden for reservation availability at 303.534.6161 or submit application to psellden@downtowndenver.com with $25 application fee and a rendering of the proposed banners, posters and/or flyers in order to avoid delaying the application process. Submitting a form does not guarantee reservation. After receiving schedule and design approval, you may manufacture the banners, posters and/or flyer.
Services: Pricing includes installation and removal of banners and posters.
Design Guidelines: Logos may only take up 10 percent of the total banner space. Make sure the message is simple. If renting all of the banners on the Mall, you are limited to two weeks or you may rent half the banners for a period of six weeks. The space may not be used for commercial advertising.
