NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing to approve the proposed Denver 14th Street General Improvement District 2020 budget and 2020 capital charges and maintenance charges will be held at a meeting of the Denver 14th Street General Improvement District Advisory Board to be held at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 1515 Arapahoe Street, Tower 3, Suite 100, Denver, Colorado, 80202. Copies of the proposed budget and special assessments are available for public inspection at the offices of the District, 1515 Arapahoe Street, Tower 3, Suite 100, Denver, Colorado. Any elector of the District may at any time prior to the final budget and special assessment, file or register any objections thereto.
