CityBuild is thrilled to announce that CollaborEAT, one of our most popular signature events, is returning to an in-person format in 2021!

CollaborEAT is our way of transforming an outdoor urban setting into a beautiful urban dining experience for 250 CityBuilders, all in celebration of community and learning about our treasured urban core together. From reimagining parking lots, to taking over Shoemaker Plaza for an evening, CollaborEAT activates underutilized spaces in the heart of our city in a positive way, demonstrating the great impacts that intentional activations can have throughout Downtown Denver.

This year we’re focusing on Five Points – its past, present and future – and this event will offer CityBuilders a space to engage in a fruitful city-influencing conversation around opportunities and challenges facing our center city neighborhoods, primarily this one.
