Member Briefing | Reopening the Auraria Campus: How COVID-19, the Economic Downturn, and Social Unrest are Impacting Higher Education

Tuesday, August 11, 2020 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join the Downtown Denver Partnership for an in-depth discussion of how the Pandemic, Economic Downturn and Social Unrest are impacting the three institutions of higher education at Downtown Denver’s Auraria Campus – the Community College of Denver (CCD), Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU) and the University of Colorado Denver (UC-D).

Janine Davidson (MSU), Everett Freeman (CCD) and Michelle Marks (UC-D) will describe the unique characteristics of the schools that they lead, as well as the common challenges and opportunities they face associated with the pandemic, economy and social issues.

As a special thank you to each of our Corporate Sponsors, we will be recognizing one each week during our Sponsor Spotlight as part of our COVID-19 Member Briefings. Thank you to Newmark Knight Frank for continuously supporting the work of the Downtown Denver Partnership.
