Join us for an exclusive hard hat tour of Summit House, MSU Denver's new Housing and Mixed-Use Building. This 12-story mass timber student housing project is more than a place to live: it's a bold experiment in how a university can strengthen the connection between its downtown campus and the students who will go on to build, lead, and shape the city itself. During the tour, you'll get a rare, up-close view of the structure while it's still taking shape, led on-site by the team from PCL Construction, the firm bringing the project to life.
