To support downtown revitalization, we provide clear, actionable data to inform community members about Downtown Denver’s recovery, pedestrian activity, ground floor business retention, return-to-work statuses and so much more.

Every month, the Downtown Denver Partnership analyzes and publishes the High Frequency report that features quality data sources that tell downtown’s story by the number. Downtown Denver Investment Map

Private and public development is key to a thriving urban core. As downtown continues to expand with opportunity, we are tracking adaptive reuse projects, public realm improvements, and downtown-adjacent comprehensive plans, with a focus on under construction and completed projects.

In 2025, the Denver Downtown Development Authority (DDDA) was renewed and expanded. The DDDA is tax-increment financing tool that supports catalytic investments that help spur economic growth and revitalization in our downtown core. Find the complete of map of current projects here.
