About the event
Get an inside look at the future of Upper Downtown. This member walking tour puts you face-to-face with the leaders driving some of Denver's most exciting adaptive reuse projects — including office-to-residential conversions that are reshaping how people live and work in the urban core.
The tour kicks off at the historic Petroleum Building, with stops at two active conversion sites along 16th and 17th Street before wrapping up at Denver Pavilions. The event closes with a happy hour in Glenarm Plaza, downtown's newest public gathering space — a perfect setting to connect with fellow members.
This event is ideal for anyone interested in adaptive reuse, the work of the Downtown Denver Development Authority, or simply getting a new perspective on the projects transforming our city.
