This Spring, the Downtown Denver Partnership convened a Colorado Election Taskforce consisting of Members and stakeholders representing a variety of industries. Chaired by Blair Lichtenfels, Brownstein Shareholder and Downtown Denver Partnership Public Policy Committee Member, the Taskforce collected candidate questionnaires and conducted in-person interviews with candidates running for Governor (top two candidates from each party based on fundraising metrics), Attorney General, House District 5, Senate District 31 and Senate District 34.
The Partnership does not take positions on candidates, but rather believes in the importance of educating our Members and stakeholders on the positions and values of each candidate as they relate to Downtown Denver and the work of the Partnership.
