Two downtown favorites join the "Local Eats" lineup

Game day at Ball Arena just got a major upgrade. Two Downtown Denver classics, Mexico City and Illegal Burger, have joined the arena's "Local Eats" program, bringing small business and local flavor to every game.
When Ball Arena asked fans what they wanted most, the answer was loud and clear: Mexican cuisine. Now, Mexico City's renowned fried tacos, the answer to fans' #1 request, are available at sections 118 and 330.
Alongside Mexico City, Colorado local burger joint, Illegal Burger built its reputation on quality. Fresh, never frozen, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, their elevated approach to an American classic is now at section 102.
Ball Arena surveyed fans last spring to better understand their needs. The response was clear: fans wanted offerings from local institutions. Alongside adding these downtown favorites, Ball Arena introduced new value pricing. Hot dogs, fries, soft pretzels, nachos, popcorn, chips, candy, and fountain sodas are now $5 at sections 112, 319, and Colorado Social on the Club Level. Twenty-ounce domestic drafts, including Coors, Coors Light, Michelob Ultra, and Avalanche Ale, are $10 throughout the arena.
These offerings are available for Avalanche and Nuggets games, Colorado Mammoth matches, concerts, and all ticketed Ball Arena events. Local Downtown Denver flavor, every game.
