That's exactly what our Urban Exploration program has been delivering for almost 20 years – not only learning opportunities, but bold investments in downtown Denver's future and inspiration for what is possible.From vibrant public spaces to the economic strategies powering our city's growth, our destination-based programs have been the spark behind some of Denver's most transformative projects. We don't just study cities – we bring their best innovations home to create tangible change in our community. Participants gain firsthand insights into proven solutions to pressing urban challenges, fresh perspectives on actionable strategies for Denver’s growth and development and a better understanding of what it means to be a part of collective change.2025 Urban Exploration is traveling to Detroit! Our Urban Exploration program is dedicated to equipping participants with the tools, connections, and inspiration necessary to transform our center city into a thriving, sustainable, and inclusive urban hub. Our 2025 Urban Exploration Program will take us to Detroit from June 16-19, a city that stands as a powerful testament to reinvention and inclusive growth. Today's Detroit is actively reshaping its narrative through strategic placemaking and community-centered development. The city is investing in spaces that strengthen community connections and enhance quality of life for current residents while attracting new talent and energy. As Detroit confronts the challenges of urban renewal and economic growth, it does so with a commitment to preserving its rich cultural heritage while building a more inclusive, and secure future for all its people. This three-day intensive program will connect Denver's top business leaders, policymakers, and community champions with Detroit's change-makers through keynote talks, hands-on workshops, and unique networking opportunities.Applications for the 2025 Urban Exploration: Detroit program are now open!  Need-based scholarships are offered.
