Downtown Denver Partnership Announces 2026 Board of Governors and Board of Directors

The Downtown Denver Partnership is pleased to announce its 2026 Board of Directors and Board of Governors; two dynamic groups of civic and business leaders committed to advancing Downtown Denver's continued growth and vitality.

The Partnership’s 2026 Board brings together expertise from across industries and sectors, united by a shared vision for downtown as the economic and cultural heart of our region. Under the leadership of Board Chair Amy Hansen, these leaders will provide strategic guidance and support for the Partnership's work.

"My belief in downtown’s bright future has never been stronger, and stepping into the role of Chair for the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Board of Directors at such a pivotal moment is a true honor,” said Amy Hansen, 2026 Board Chair and Office Managing Partner at Polsinelli, “I’m inspired by  the steadfast dedication of the outstanding group of Board members who have joined us this year, as well as those who have continued to lead through their terms in some of our most challenging circumstances.  The 2026-2029 class is made up of leaders with outstanding vision, broad expertise, and deep commitment that will propel downtown into its next chapter. Now is the time for us to step boldly into the future, ensuring that Downtown Denver is a nationally competitive place to do business, live and visit.”

The Downtown Denver Partnership's Board of Governors provides essential leadership and expertise that drive the work of the Partnership, including the organization’s vision, priorities and major initiatives. As a subset of that board, the Board of Directors direct the tools and resources necessary to deliver best-in-class services, drive proactive policy initiatives and ensure the Partnership continues to drive a downtown that is beautiful, safe, playful and offers economic opportunities for all.

This year, the Partnership’s boards will guide the organization in priority areas to amplify economic development efforts, begin the implementation of the newly adopted Downtown Area Plan, address perception through storytelling, grow engagement, and advocate for a smart policy environment.
